Role overview

What this role is responsible for

PaperStacks is building a lean outreach team to sign private schools in Abuja. This role is responsible for first-touch execution across phone, WhatsApp, and school visits. You will verify contacts, book qualified meetings, support demos, follow up consistently, and keep every lead updated with notes, owner, stage, and next action.

Responsibilities

• - Verify phone numbers, emails, names, and WhatsApp-ready decision-maker contacts
• - Run first-touch outreach by call, WhatsApp, and physical visit when needed
• - Book qualified meetings and demos for the acquisition lead
• - Follow up on interested schools until they progress or disqualify
• - Update pipeline records after every touch with clean notes and next actions
• - Flag founder-assist or high-value schools quickly

Requirements

• - Confidence speaking with school leaders and academic-office staff
• - Short, professional WhatsApp writing and strong phone manner
• - Organized follow-up habits with minimal supervision
• - Comfort with weekly targets and clear accountability
• - Ability to separate activity from real progress
• - Willingness to work across phone outreach and in-person visits
